How does the fuel card work?

Our partner issues the fuel card directly to you as a transport partner - i.e. you enter into a direct contract with our fuel card partner.
LKW WALTER pays your fuel bill on your behalf to our fuel card partner.
LKW WALTER organises everything for you - from the application right through to the collection of the card.
Every time you refuel, a counter invoice for the amount of fuel taken will be raised by LKW WALTER against your outstanding freight invoices.
The card has a daily fuel limit, as well as a 15 day fuel limit. We therefore recommend that you issue just one card per truck.
